We will endeavour to ensure that all merchandise and Gift Card orders (excluding designer items) will be despatched within 1 business day from your order date. Orders containing designer items will be despatched within 2-3 business days from your order date. The final date for delivery will be calculated during checkout based on the delivery postcode. Nominated Dates for Delivery

For your convenience we offer the ability to delay the delivery date on your order (weekends and public holidays excluded). Simply select the alternative date during checkout. Please note: You may nominate a date for delivery, however this date is nominated only and cannot be guaranteed. We aim to deliver within 2 working days either side of the nominated date.

Delivery Guidelines

If you have any queries regarding the delivery date for a specific destination address please contact Customer Service on 1800 354 663. The recipient, or anyone authorised to accept the goods on their behalf, must be present when the order is delivered. If there is no one at the address or no one willing and able to receive the order, a calling card will be left for you to collect the order from the Post Office. Hampers containing alcohol must be purchased in accordance with the Liquor Act: It is an offence to sell or supply to or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Proof of age must be supplied on request. A person under 18 years must not take delivery of any hampers containing alcohol. Hampers containing alcohol must be intended as a gift for another person. Risk and title in the goods passes to the recipient upon delivery of the goods to your nominated Delivery Address.
